Subscriptions and Digital Entitlements

This page explains how subscription products offered inside Raku AI, and the digital entitlements attached to them, work.
1. Subscription products
Raku AI may offer renewing subscription products. The current product name, price, billing period, included entitlements, and renewal information are shown on the purchase screen and on the corresponding store listing.
2. What a subscription includes
A subscription may provide additional in-app benefits, higher usage limits, specific premium features, or subscription-linked credits and digital entitlements for a given period. The current scope of entitlements is whatever the product screen displays at the time of purchase.
3. Auto-renewal
Renewing subscriptions are managed by the relevant store (for example Google Play or the App Store) and may renew automatically under that store's rules unless you cancel through your store account.
4. Cancellation
Subscriptions are cancelled through your store account. Under store rules, cancelling stops the next renewal; access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
5. Restoring purchases
For eligible purchases associated with the same store account, the app may offer a restore purchases flow. Restoring only recovers eligible digital entitlements that genuinely exist on that store account.
6. Subscription entitlements and separately purchased entitlements
Periodic entitlements granted as part of a subscription and credits or digital packs bought separately are not required to behave the same way. Whether a given entitlement carries over, resets, or is tracked in a separate wallet can differ by product design and is stated on the purchase screen.
7. Fair use and service protection
Subscription products are subject to reasonable-use principles. No plan is unlimited. Unfair use, abuse, manipulation of the system, or behaviour beyond normal usage limits may result in restriction.
8. Refunds and store rules
A subscription refund, withdrawal, or revocation of entitlement by the store is assessed under that store's rules. In such cases the digital entitlements granted by the subscription may be removed or limited.
