Terms of Use

These Terms govern the Raku AI mobile application, website, and related services provided byHalil İbrahim Keskin. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Raku AI provides educational support features that may include question solving, follow-up chat, video explanations, a question library, and product-mode-specific study tools. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.

2. AI-generated content

Raku AI is an educational support tool. AI-generated solutions, messages, recommendations, and videos may contain mistakes and do not replace an official teacher, educational institution, examination authority, or professional advice. Check important answers against reliable sources.

You can report an incorrect, inappropriate, or unsafe AI response from the relevant solution, chat, or video screen using the in-app Report an issue flow.

3. Accounts and age

You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account.
Raku AI is intended for users aged 13 and over.
Users below the applicable age of digital consent or legal majority should use the service with parent or guardian supervision.
Children under 13 must not create an account.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in original content you submit. You grant Raku AI the limited permission needed to host, transmit, technically process, and display that content to provide question solving, chat, video, and Library features. Only submit questions and resources you have the right to use, and avoid including unnecessary personal information.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, automate access without permission, evade limits, manipulate purchase or refund systems, upload unlawful or harmful content, infringe another person's rights, or interfere with service security. We may restrict or close accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or material violations of these Terms.

6. Subscriptions, credits, and store billing

Renewable subscriptions and one-time digital credit products may be offered. Current price, billing period, included benefits, renewal terms, and limits are displayed on the purchase screen. Purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on your device and distribution channel.

Payment, renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refund processes are managed through the store account used for the purchase and remain subject to that store's rules and applicable consumer law. Deleting a Raku AI account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Credits are account-bound, non-transferable, and have no cash value unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Refunds, chargebacks, and digital benefits

If a store refunds, revokes, or charges back a purchase, related unused benefits may be removed. If benefits have already been consumed, access to paid features may be limited and an account adjustment may be recorded, subject to applicable law.

8. Account deletion

Account deletion can be initiated in the app. The current process and data handling are described on the Account and Data Deletion page. A store subscription must be managed separately through the store where it was purchased.

9. Changes and availability

We may update features, limits, pricing, credit structures, and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output.
